We take data privacy very seriously. Your birth details and personally identifiable information (PII) are securely stored and are only accessible by you when logged into your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

To improve Jyotishya Viveka, we may retain a separate de-identified analytical copy of a Prashna after removing common identifiers such as contact numbers and email addresses. Optional age group, gender, and work-status categories may be included when you choose to provide them. These analytical records are not linked to your private saved questions, Kundalis, reports, or account identity.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers (such as Razorpay for processing payments) strictly for the purpose of operating our service. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
